Our heavy-duty floor provides a stable base for your tents and makes it easy to level the tent. The floors come with coupling plates, this ensures fast and efficient installation with a forklift or crane truck. Our heavy-duty floors have the great advantage that it can serve as an anchoring point for your alu hall or pagoda tent.

Customers appreciate the heavy-duty floor because of its robust construction and long service life. Thanks to the high-quality materials, the floor lasts more than 10 years, even when used intensively. We usually have large stocks in various designs.

Tube100
Our standard heavy-duty floor in 3 sizes

The Tube100 is our standard and most popular heavy-duty floor. We offer this floor in 3 formats with 6 or 8 supports to achieve the desired floor load. You can also choose either non-slip concrete plywood or the attractive spruce planks. These are our standard formats:

  • 2.5 m x 2.5 m
  • 5.0 m x 2.5 m
  • 5.05 m x 2.5 m

UNP100
Meets stricter German quality requirements

The UNP100 is the heavy-duty floor mainly used in Germany and Austria. We offer this heavy-duty floor in 2 sizes with 6 or 8 supports to achieve the desired floor load. You can also choose either non-slip concrete plywood or the attractive spruce planks. These are the 2 formats we produce as standard:

  • 5.0 m x 2.5 m
  • 10.0 m x 2.5 m

From welding robot to drilling line

After the steel frame for the floor has been welded by our welding robot, it is galvanised. Then our drilling line comes into action. This machine ensures that the concreteplex or pinewood planks are precisely fitted into the frame. This automated step further ensures the quality and durability of our heavy-duty floors.

Yes, customisation is definitely possible. Our team of engineers and production staff can realise specific requirements to provide the perfect solution.

The floors are installed using a Manitou or forklift truck. The panels are quick and efficient to lay and can be supplied including heavy-duty cross plates for holding the floors together and heavy-duty folding plates for easy connection to our tent profiles.

The heavy-duty floor consists of a steel galvanised frame (of UNP profiles or tubes) combined with Betonplex anti-slip or pinewood. Steel pop rivets are used to mount the timber in the frames.

The heavy-duty floor is versatile and can be used as a tent floor, dance floor and stage. Thanks to its robust construction, it is suitable for various events and heavy loads.

Our heavy-duty floors have a high load capacity and can safely support heavy equipment and large numbers of people. Specific load information is provided based on the type of floor and application. This can also be found on our specification sheet.

One standard heavy-duty floor has an area of 12.5 m². This size makes it easy to calculate and order the required amount of floor space for your event.

As the frames are galvanised and the wood impregnated, our floors are resistant to all types of weather.
