240 UNP Floors for Tiroler Zelt Verleih!
We did a special project for Tiroler Zelt Verleih: the production and delivery of 240 UNP floors. This was one of the largest floor orders we have ever had and we had to do it quickly. It was extra challenging because we had to make a new type of floor on a machine we had only had for three months. Moreover, we only had nine weeks to arrange everything, from buying the materials to production. Despite all the challenges, everything went very smoothly and we did a fantastic job.
What was the challenge? 💪
Tiroler Zelt Verleih faced a major challenge. Due to an extra rush job, they had a major last-minute shortage of flooring. The time pressure was high and the requirements were strict: the floors had to be delivered quickly without compromising on quality.
Which solution did we come up with? 💡
Thanks to a great team effort, we completed the entire process in just nine weeks: from sourcing materials and setting up a new mould to producing 250 floors, all fitted with 24mm concrete plywood. Our new machine, which had only been operational for three months, was used to complete this huge job. By responding quickly and appropriately to the customer’s requirements, we were able to provide Der Tiroler with 3000m2 of UNP flooring in time for all their accepted projects to run smoothly.
Results and future
The project was a great success and underlined the strength of our cooperation between different departments. Tiroler Zelt Verleih received the required floors on time, allowing their projects to go ahead without delay. This success story highlights our ability to perform under pressure and deliver customised solutions, even within the tightest deadlines.
